About Hamis Kiggundu

Kiggundu is the owner of Ham Towers in Wandegeya, and Ham Shopping Centre in Nakivubo, which are his most prominent properties, though he also owns many others.

In an interview with Macropolis, Kiggundu said, “I have many commercial buildings. We have close to 10,000 tenants.”

Kiggundu also said he had plans to build a residential estate with up to 500 homes.

“What I am doing is not in line with individual development per se, but it is something I really want to do for my society,” he said in the Macropolis interview.

Kiggundu is interested in agriculture, philanthropy and education.

He has published two books on business and says, “With God’s will, I have achieved substantially on an individual level. If it is about cars, I have driven them all.
