As the founder of Paragon Investment Club, she facilitates women in saving and acquiring land titles, benefiting over 300 individuals.

Florence Nambooze Bbale’s trajectory in land surveying is marked by perseverance and adaptability. Despite initial reservations about entering a male-dominated field, Nambooze’s journey unfolds as a testament to determination and skill.

Nambooze’s journey into surveying commenced at Makerere University, where she pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying.

After graduating in 2008, Nambooze’s career path diverged from her initial aspirations of becoming an electrical engineer, ultimately leading her into the realm of land surveying.

Nambooze’s introduction to land surveying was serendipitous, spurred by an industrial training experience that ignited her passion for the field thus pursuing a Master’s Degree in Geographical Information Systems (GIS).

With over ten years of experience, she has traversed various roles, including serving as a chief surveyor at the Buganda Land Board.
