UGANDA, Kampala | Real Muloodi News | Moses Ssali, also known as Bebe Cool son of Jaberi Bidandi Ssali a well-known wealthy politician who stood for the presidency in 2011, is a well-established Ugandan artiste who has always been mocked by his rival artists for not owning a house.
He has however proved his mockers wrong as architectural plans of his dream mansion were revealed. He completed his house in Kiwatule, Nakawa Division in Kampala in 2018 after 20 years.
Well as many fans expected Bebe Cool to move his family into the completed house, it was discovered that he partitioned the house into rental apartments and will be renting it out.
Bebe Cool is still constructing his residential house, also in Kiwatule adjacent to Kiwatule Recreational Centre.
The architectural plans are revealed to have the logo of Icon Consortium of Nairobi-based architects, interior designers and construction consultants.
It is a storeyed building with four bedrooms, an in-house theatre, a garage with a capacity of two cars, a pantry, kitchen, laundry, a guestroom and a swimming pool. The project is envisaged to cost about UGX 1 billion together with the value of the land.
The ultramodern mansion sits on an acre of land with a very spacious compound. It has a red coloured roof giving it an attractive appearance. It also has a small park which enhances its already appealing appearance.
There is also a flower garden with orchids and a green home. The art and beauty embedded in the music star’s home make it a dream home for every musician.
He says he is planning to plant a forest right beside it to boost nature. He revealed that he had already spent 1 billion on his unfinished house and was looking for more UGX 2 billion to complete it as per its architectural design.
Moses Ssali has been known as a reggae star and is one of the best musicians in Uganda. He has been successful in his music career and is arguably one of the richest musicians in Africa. He is said to own various expensive houses but the best of them all is his mansion in Ntinda.
