UGANDA, Buziga Hill | Real Muloodi News | Real Muloodi Godfrey Kirumira Kalule is an Ugandan businessman with interests in real estate that have helped him become one of the wealthiest tycoons in Uganda. He is reportedly worth $30million.
Kirumira spent USh2 billion ($500,000) building the mansion in the upscale neighbourhood of Buziga. The Real Muloodi showed off his newly constructed mansion after he moved in early last year. The house is seated on top of Buziga Hill, with a magnificent view over-looking Lake Victoria in the far distance.

About Godfrey Kirumira
Godfey Kirumira, also known as Godfrey Kirumira Kalule, is the man behind the Godfrey Kirumira Kalule Group or GKK Group of Companies, of which Kirumira is the chairman.
He is the proprietor of several prominent city buildings including Kirumira Towers on William Street, Royale Complex on Market Street, BTC Building in Ndeeba, Hotel Havana and Muyenga Hotel (former International Hotel). Kirumira is also the chairman of the Landlord’s Association in Uganda.
In addition to his real estate interests, Godfrey Kirumira is also proprietor of Royal Cash Forex, Money Point Forex, a bus company, BTC Transporters; KPI Security Company, KPI Petroleum Ltd, and GELP Petroleum Company, and owns 12 petrol stations in Uganda.
Kirumira is also proprietor Premium Commodities, which deals in produce — maize and beans; and Baggery Trading Company. He’s the leading importer of bales of second-hand clothes and shoes.
GKK Group has further forayed into the education sector, and has acquired two private schools; St. Mary’s Junior School at Nabbingo and Bright Future Secondary School Bwebajja. This is a nonprofit initiative of the group to ensure quality education.
Kirumira is also the chairman of Kwagalana Group, a exclusive club made up of the wealthiest Real Muloodis and tycoons in Uganda, and founded in 2002.
On his Facebook page, Kirumira writes about the exclusive millionaires’ group donating a brand new 4*4 double cabin to the COVID-19 National Taskforce, while calling out by name some of the other Real Muloodi’s in the group and their contributions:
Having a huge net-worth calculated in US 30 million dollars, Kirumira has proven that he really deserves a seat on the table of the wealthiest people in Uganda.
